数据采集不但是一门科学，也是一门艺术。如何艺术的、合理合法的将一些公开的资源分门别类的收集到自己建立的数据中心中，这是非常艺术的事情。

What do you think Google is?
7days ago a friend gave me a good lesson about the "data collecting". Things what you don't know is, data collecting is not copying,but analysing, classifying and re categorizing.
What do you know about library databases? You know nothing. All library databases are based on the art of data collecting. And yet my friend and his professor used to share positions in a big project in Australia which help libraries to collect data from the open source databases legally.
You know nothing about what project we are doing, so plz be quiet and if you really think nothing on my blog worth wasting your valuable time and plz leave this page a.s.a.p.
P.S. Never take yourself as a "outsider" proudly, and never comment on people you don't know or things you are not familiar. Getting a higher education in another country does not necessarily means you are smarter, mate.
