与Dreamhost的客服对话

看了下客服记录,发现自己跟Dreamhost客服打交道不少了。就转发一下刚才他们给我发的信,以及我的回信出来。
事情的原因是,我本来想把自己的plan降低成最少花费的那种,但是Dreamhost的计费思维跟中国人的不同,他们不会把你以前预付款余额给你计算成这个新plan的预付款,而是直接扣除你新plan的钱,然后给你说,你以前的plan被你自己停掉了。bad

然后我就发信抱怨,这是他们的回信:

Thank you for contacting me so immediately, I'd like to refund no matter what plan I have to keep. What I was trying to do was just to apply stopping my private server,but I was so stupid to click so many irrelevant buttons. Well, could you plz refund all the payment I've just made for me? I'd like to reopen the original plan if it is necessary.

By the way, I have applied to stop my private server and got an answer saying that if the memory usage is under 50M for one week, you're going to help me remove the private server. Would you please start to observe the memory usage of my private server from tomorrow? I am going to transfer most of my websites to other servers today. That's why i just need to keep a low-cost plan.

虽然很不爽他们,但是回信还要礼貌点,不然鬼佬办事效率很低的。

跟鬼佬发信的时候,要做到首先是有礼貌,然后是不被不吭,使用自己的正当权利进行要求,同时也要注意解释下原因,这样你的请求会被处理的很快。
